What actually happens in a remote energy healing session
Most people arrive at energy healing after everything else. They have talked it through, read the books, tried the practices, and still carry a sense that something underneath has not moved. This guide explains, plainly, what a session with Todd Williamson involves — so that curiosity does not have to compete with uncertainty.
Before the session
Every engagement begins with questions about you: what is happening, how long it has been happening, and what you have already tried. This is not a formality. What Todd works with during a session is shaped by what he learns beforehand, and it also lets him say honestly if he does not think this work is what you need.
During the session
Sessions are held live on Zoom or fully remotely, and distance makes no difference to the work — energy is not bound by geography, which is why remote sessions have been standard in this practice for years. You do not need to prepare anything, hold a posture, or believe in anything in particular. Most people sit or lie down somewhere quiet. Todd works with what he perceives and describes it as he goes, so you are never left wondering what is happening. Some people feel warmth, pressure, or release in the body; others feel very little in the moment and notice the shift in the days that follow. Both are normal.
Afterwards, and integration
You receive written notes, and then a thirty-minute conversation once things have had time to settle. Integration is the real work: clarity, new questions, tiredness, or a wave of old feeling are all signs that something is moving rather than signs that something went wrong. Todd will tell you whether he thinks more work is useful — and often the honest answer is that nothing further is needed.
What this work is not
Energy healing is not medical or mental health treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions, and it is never a replacement for qualified healthcare or emergency services. It sits alongside them.
